Automation 360.cloud provides a suite of business automation tools, including but not limited to Photogeny, To-do List management, Task Allocation systems, and Review Me aggregator. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

4. Fair Use & Limitations

You agree not to use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the Service. API limits and bulk automation limits will be enforced per your specific subscription tier.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Automation 360.cloud and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of India and foreign countries.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Automation 360.cloud, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
